The Department of Anorectal Surgery is a specialty characterized by the repair and reconstruction of anus and pelvic floor, minimally invasive treatment of benign and malignant anorectal diseases, and painless anorectal surgery. Monographs include “Constipation Therapeutics”, “Colorectal Neoplasms”, “LigaSure Hemorrhoidectomy”, and “Training Courses for Oncologists”. The Department has received a number of scientific research funds from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Beijing.
