This is the most crucial step. Clear medical documentation helps our specialists conduct a comprehensive assessment.

All relevant imaging results (such as X-ray, CT, MRI, PET-CT, etc.). Please provide the original DICOM format files (stored on CD/DVD) along with the imaging reports.

Our medical team will conduct a preliminary assessment upon receiving your documents and recommend the most suitable specialist for your condition.
We will introduce the expert's background and confirm your consultation intention.
After confirmation, we will issue a payment notice with detailed costs. You can complete payment via international wire transfer or online methods (e.g., credit card).
Our medical coordinator will work with you to schedule a consultation time convenient for both you and the specialist (we will do our best to consider your time zone).
Before the consultation, we will guide you to test the remote meeting system (e.g., Zoom, WeCom) and send you simple instructions. No complex software download is needed – you can join via a web browser.
You may invite your family members or local primary physician to join the consultation.
At the scheduled time, access the online meeting room via the link we provide.
To ensure seamless communication, we provide professional medical interpretation throughout the session (if needed).
You will have a face-to-face video discussion with our leading expert, typically lasting 60-90 minutes. Please prepare your questions in advance.
Within 7-10 business days after the consultation, you will receive a detailed written report in English. The report includes the expert's diagnostic conclusions, detailed treatment recommendations, and medication guidance.
If you have any questions about the report, our coordinator can arrange a brief phone call for clarification.
If you decide to seek medical care in China, our International Patient Service Center will provide seamless "Green Channel for Medical Care in China" services, including visa invitation letters, airport pickup, accommodation arrangements, and more.
