Our online appointment system is secure and convenient, available 24 hours a day to help you book your visit efficiently anytime, anywhere.

    Please fill out the online form accurately. This information provides the basis for our medical experts to make an initial assessment. Required information includes:

    – Your name/title

    – Contact email

    – Department

    – Physician

    – Your appointment request/details

    Step 3: Submit and confirmation

    After submitting the form, the system will immediately send a confirmation email titled “Appointment Request Received” to your inbox.

Our International Patient Services Coordinator will carefully review your information within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) and will contact you by phone or email to confirm your exact appointment time, specialist arrangement, and any further instructions.

    Once our staff receive your email, you will receive an acknowledgment email.

Our medical team may conduct a preliminary review of your information. After that, our coordinator will communicate with you in more detail via email and will finalize all appointment details, tailoring a medical care plan to your needs.

    Whichever method you use, your appointment is only considered final and valid once you receive the official “Appointment Confirmation Letter” from our International Patient Services team. This letter will include the exact date and time, physician’s name, clinic location, and instructions for arriving at the hospital in advance.

    To increase your chances of seeing your preferred specialist, we recommend submitting your request at least 3–5 business days in advance. For complex cases, the review period may be extended; we appreciate your patience.

  • Language support

    Our email and telephone services are available in both Chinese and English. If you require assistance in another language, please indicate this when making the appointment, and we will do our best to arrange interpreter support.

  • Cancellation or rescheduling

    Cancellation or rescheduling

    If you need to cancel or change your appointment time, please make sure to notify us by phone at least 24 hours in advance so that we can allocate the medical resources to other patients in need.
