Endoscopy

Peking University International Hospital's Endoscopy Center comprises 12 procedure rooms, including rooms for gastrointestinal endoscopy examination and therapy, ERCP fluoroscopy suites, gastrointestinal motility testing, and capsule endoscopy. The Endoscopy Center provides comprehensive endoscopic diagnosis and minimally invasive treatment for gastrointestinal diseases.

Part of the National Early Gastrointestinal Cancer Collaboration Network, the Endoscopy Center is also a specialized endoscopic training center in Beijing. In 2016, the center founded a Digestive Endoscopy Animal Simulation Training Center and has since hosted numerous national training courses on early gastrointestinal cancer and endoscopic ultrasound diagnosis and treatment. 

The Endoscopy Center actively promotes international exchanges, signing collaborative agreements with Jichi Medical University in Japan for joint endoscopic diagnostic and therapeutic programs. Additionally, the Endoscopy Center provides comprehensive comfort-oriented medical services, including painless endoscopic examinations and treatments, which enhance patient comfort, diagnostic and treatment accuracy, and patient safety, offering a more reassuring and pleasant care experience.
